the room was clean upon arrival, acceptable.
I found the noise levels unacceptable. Loud music played until 2-3 am from a nearby hotel. this made it difficult to sleep. also, breakfast lacked variety. i expected more from a hotel in this category.

broken elevatorcold food
the elevator was supposedly getting fixed the next day, but it remained out of service for all five days of my stay. this was a real problem because my wife is pregnant and had to climb the stairs repeatedly. the breakfast offered warm items, but they often felt cold and tasted as though they were leftovers from the previous day. (it was quite frustrating)

decent stay but with some drawbacks
street noiseunderwhelming breakfast
I found a couple of things less than ideal . the noise from the street at night was quite loud. A nearby hotel kept playing music very late and it was hard to fall asleep. also, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. The variety wasn't great, and some items seemed to lack freshness.
